Report: Ryan Lochte suspended for 10 months
LOS ANGELES (KTVU) -- The U.S. Olympic Committee has suspended Ryan Lochte for 10 months in connection with a drunken incident during the Rio Olympics that he initially described as an armed robbery, according to a report by TMZ.
The celebrity news site said the punishment was levied by the USOC, IOC and USA Swimming.
Lochte lost several corporate sponsorships over the incident, including deals with Ralph Lauren and Speedo.
