Elizabeth Holmes trial: defense rests in ex-Theranos chief's case

The defense for Elizabeth Holmes rested its case Wednesday morning following seven days of testimony from the former chief executive of Theranos. Holmes began the day on the witness stand, answering questions under re-direct from her attorney Kevin Downey. The prosecution did not call any rebuttal witnesses. Closing arguments are scheduled for December 16 and 17.
