A man injured last week in a scooter crash in San Jose has died.   

A single-vehicle accident on eastbound Interstate 580 turned deadly Thursday morning around 3:30 a.m. when three other vehicles also crashed killing one and injuring another near the Brentwood exit.

A man helping ducklings cross a road in Northern California was struck and killed by a driver, according to police.

A bystander was killed, and several others were hurt, after an alleged carjacking suspect slammed into a bus stop during a police chase in San Francisco on Tuesday morning.

Authorities are investigating a crash that flipped a car on I-280 in Los Altos Hills on Monday.

Sunday around 1:30p p.m., police say these two cars collided, causing one car to flip over. First responders arrived at the scene and worked to save four people involved in the crash.

An East Bay family is asking for help finding the hit-and-run driver who killed their loved one just a few blocks from his home in Oakland.

Highway 37 in the North Bay will be closed from early Saturday until midday Sunday, so repairs can be made to railroad crossings along the vital corridor.

This weekend in Sunnyvale, someone was killed while trying to cross the street and a head-on collision took the lives of two people.  

San Jose police are investigating an alleged hit-and-run collision that left one person with life-threatening injuries at about midnight Sunday morning near Berryessa Road and Piedmont Road.

Alcohol is suspected as a factor in a fatal wrong-way crash that took place on U.S. Highway 101 in Marin County early Saturday morning, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said.
