The long-awaited openings of two new BART stations was announced on Tuesday. Service to Milpitas and Berryessa stations begins Saturday, June 13.

Baby eagle falls again

A daring rescue Monday by Fish and Wildlife officials after a baby eagle in Milpitas fell from its nest. The protected bird is now recovering at a rehabilitation center.

Walmart robots: Labor saver or employee eliminator?

Walmart invited reporters into one of its Bay Area stores to show of a new labor saving employee: an artificially intelligent robot. It's usually hard for broadcasters to get into a Walmart with cameras, but when the subject was robots, it was downright surprising.
