Sonoma County issues booster requirement for certain workers

Workers in the affected industries will be required to get a COVID-19 booster vaccination if they are eligible or test for the virus at least twice weekly if they are unvaccinated or until they have completed their required vaccinations.

The California Public Utilities Commission announced Thursday it has penalized PG&E $125 million for violations related to the 2019 Kincade Fire that burned nearly 78,000 acres and prompted the evacuation of about 185,000 residents in Sonoma County.
