Woman shot outside Oakland's Fox Theater, possibly by stray bullet

A woman was struck by gunfire near Oakland's Fox Theater Wednesday, authorities said. Police are investigating the mid-day shooting, but have made no arrests and no suspect information is available. The woman is expected to survive.
