San Francisco D.A. Boudin says prolific Target shoplifter sold to fencing operation

San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin announced Wednesday that an alleged serial shoplifter is responsible for committing more than 100 separate thefts from Target. The D.A. says the thefts are tied to a fencing operation where products are resold.
