Charlotte Shultz, San Francisco's chief of protocol, remembered fondly by dignitaries

Charlotte Shultz, the longstanding chief of protocol for San Francisco, has died. She was married to former Secretary of State George Shultz and played a role in helping San Francisco blossom into an international city.
