Tesla wades into California debate over solar panel taxes

Tesla has launched a webpage allowing people to complain to Gov. Newsom and California regulators over a proposal that would raise fees on solar panels. Tesla says the plan is a bizarre anti-environmental idea. The California Public Utilities Commission is expected to vote on the tax proposal this month.
