'Lost Sierra Route' would create epic 600-mile trail

The "Lost Sierra Route" would connect 14 towns and some of the most isolated, yet beautiful parts of the Sierra Nevada along a 600-mile hiking trail. The proposal needs the approval of the US Forest Service.
