MLK Day an opportunity to demand delivery on voting rights bills

Voting rights bills are scheduled to come up in the Senate this week. This year's Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday was an opportunity by some to demand nationwide standards for voter access. But with the partisan divide in Congress, the Democrats face an uphill battle.
