Deadly police shootings and race the topic of Bay Area filmmaker's new documentary

A new documentary by a Bay Area filmmaker looks at several deadly police shootings, including the case where Vallejo police fatally shot a man who was sleeping in his car in a fast-food chain's parking lot. KTVU's Amber Lee spoke to that man's brother and the filmmaker of 'Use of Force: America's Policing of Black America'.
