Ersie Joyner describes how the armed robbery went sideways

Retired Oakland Police Capt. Ersie Joyner was the victim of gun violence in October when he was pumping gas at a Chevron station. He ended up suffering 22 bullet wounds. He also killed one of the suspects. He tells his story exclusively to KTVU.
