2-alarm fire in Mission displaces 22 residents, burns popular taqueria

A 2-alarm fire that broke out Thursday morning in the Mission displaced 22 residents. Two were taken to a hospital due to smoke inhalation. The building is red-tagged, according to the Red Cross. KTVU's Emma Goss reports.
