Alameda County sees 22% increase in homelessness over the past three years

Alameda and San Francisco counties released their homeless counts from the month of February. Alameda saw a 22% increase in homelessness since 2019. The count suggests San Francisco has seen a 15% drop in homelessness for the same time period. These figures have not been tallied since 2019 due to the pandemic.
