San Jose Mayor Liccardo calls for urgent change in city worker misconduct cases

San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo is calling for urgent changes to city policies when complaints are received about city workers. The Mayor is asking the City Council to direct the Independent Police Auditor to review how San Jose police investigate alleged misconduct by officers and city employees.
