Teen overdoses skyrocket during the pandemic

The number of teens and young adults who have overdosed from drugs has skyrocketed. In fact, studies show the number has nearly doubled over the past two years. Dr. Sharon Mowat from Kaiser Permanente joins us on The Nine to talk about the contributing factors to these troubling numbers.
