Oakland food truck vendors feel unsafe after violence spirals out of control in Fruitvale

Food truck vendors and neighbors in Oakland's Fruitvale neighborhood say they've never felt so unsafe before. They are asking the city for help with violence that has spiraled out of control. In one instance surveillance video captures armed robberies of workers, customers and and even a fatal shooting.
