Oakland Mayor Schaaf holds town hall as city struggles with violence

Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf held the first of three town-hall meetings on Tuesday. The outdoor gathering comes as the community continues to deal with crime, a growing homeless problem, street violence and other quality of life issues.
