Union City police arrest 2 in deadly shooting of 28-year-old woman

Police in Union City said two people are in custody in connection with a Friday morning deadly shooting. Francisco Alvarez and John Collins were arrested for shooting and killing 28-year-old Joan Dolly Delsied.
