Peru has won the "World's Leading Culinary Destination" title for ten years, so for Hispanic Heritage Month we wanted to explore authentic Peruvian food, served in Half Moon Bay. KTVU's James Torrez talks with the chef and owner of Lamas Peruvian Food truck about what makes Peruvian food so unique.
