David DePape charged with 2 federal crimes for alleged attack on Paul Pelosi

David DePape, the man accused of breaking into Nancy Pelosi's San Francisco home and striking her husband with a hammer, has been charged with attempted kidnapping of a federal official and assault on the immediate family member of a federal official.
