San Jose's mayor race remains neck and neck with roughly half of votes counted

As of Monday morning, and nearly half of the votes counted in the Bay Area's largest city, the San Jose mayors race remains too close to call. As of 9:00 a.m. Monday morning, Matt Mahan led Cindy Chavez by approximately 5,000 votes.
