Caltrans crews rescue woman and dogs trapped in car for 7 hours

Caltrans officials said a woman traveling on State Route 32 a few weeks ago crashed and tumbled down an embankment. She was stranded, hanging upside down for more than seven hours, until a Caltrans crew came to her rescue.
