Strong winds cause chaos in San Francisco

A downed tree onto the Bay Bridge heading into San Francisco brought traffic to a near standstill on a very windy Tuesday. Elsewhere in the city, a bus stop was destroyed in the Mission, and in the Excelsior neighborhood, the wind ripped up a roof and scattered debris.
