Dublin prison warden sentenced for sexually abusing inmates

Ray Garcia, the ex-warden of the federal prison for women in Dublin, was sentenced to 5 years and 10 months for sexual abuse of prisoners. He's the first federal warden to face prison time, the Bureau of Prisons said.
