Family speaks about 79-year-old attorney killed by fallen tree in Walnut Creek

The family of attorney Thomas Kuster says they are stunned that he was killed by a fallen tree in Tuesday's storm. He was riding in a car just blocks from his home. His daughter and son describe him as outgoing and say he was well-loved.
