East Bay father donates kidney to help his son and a stranger

Greg Zwakman donated his kidney to help his 8-year-old son, who has a genetic disorder that leads to various systemic issues. When Zwakman and his son found out they weren't a match, the Pediatric Kidney Transplant Program at Stanford Children's Hospital helped match his kidney with a stranger who needed it.
