OPD news conference on stabbing homicide of 10-year-old girl

Oakland Police Department hold a news conference Monday on a 10-year-old girl who was stabbed to death at 45th and Bancroft avenues. The adult suspect and victim are known to one another. Police said the suspect was seen harming themselves when they arrived. They were taken into custody and are at a hospital in critical condition.
