Alameda County DA says not enough evidence to charge 9 juveniles for robberies

There were mixed reactions to Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price's announcement that at this point, there is not enough evidence to charge 9 juveniles arrested by Oakland Police for robberies they are suspected of committing.
