New entrepreneurial business booming in California

While it's true that California is seeing a lot of high-profile layoffs, with some folks choosing to leave the state, one undeniable trend has gotten very little attention. That is: even since the end of World War II, through thick and thin, California has continued to be the leading incubator of new businesses.
