Former President Trump set to be arraigned, after third criminal indictment

Preparations are underway at the federal courthouse in Washington D.C. where former President Trump will make his first court appearance Thursday. On Tuesday, a 45-page indictment was unsealed charging Trump with four counts related to efforts to overturn the 2020 election, culminating in the January 6 attack on the Capitol.
