Tentative agreement to avoid worker strike in San Jose includes 15% pay raise

San Jose city leaders have seemingly averted a contentious strike by members of two unions. The deal, which still must be ratified by the rank and file and passed by the council could include pay raises of as much as 15% over the next three years.
