Community outrage for child killed at SF intersection; rebel group installs barriers

Community members gathered at the San Francisco intersection where a 4-year-old girl was struck and killed by a driver while she was being pushed in a stroller a week ago. Residents are demanding city leaders make the streets safer. Meanwhile a rebel group has installed a new barrier at that intersection, saying they did not want to wait the three weeks the city said it would take to get the job done.
