Caltrans close section of I-80 between Hercules and Vallejo, new signs for Tahoe-bound drivers

A massive repaving project on I-80 between Hercules and Vallejo is underway. The road closure began Thursday evening and will continue until early Tuesday morning. KTVU got an inside look at the construction. Caltrans also installed new signs for drivers headed to Lake Tahoe to alert them of conditions ahead.
