Lawsuit filed against owners of SF Chinatown buildings

San Francisco's city attorney on Tuesday announced he is going after the owners of three Chinatown buildings where tenants have complained of unsafe living conditions for years. He says he filed lawsuits against the property owners of the Single Room Occupancy (SRO) hotels.
