Vallejo Police Department now under 5-year state oversight; must complete 45 reforms

California Attorney General Rob Bonta on Monday announced a five-year court oversight of the Vallejo police department, where the agency must complete 45 police reforms and be approved by an independent evaluator to ensure that it meets those goals.
