10 years since Andy Lopez's death, what have we learned?

Andy Lopez was 13 years old when he was shot and killed by a Sonoma County Sheriff's Deputy. A former attorney who creates public affairs documentaries created a documentary about his death and the series of events thereafter titled, "3 Seconds in October." He talks with Claudine Wong about what he discovered while producing the documentary, and how we, as a society, can move forward from Andy's tragic death.
