Numbers from the National Domestic Violence Hotline show 1 and 3 women, and 1 and 4 men have experienced domestic violence at some point in their lives. Doctor Katrina Rapa, Kaiser Permanente's East Bay lead for the family violence prevention program joined us in studio to provide some insight on how to stop those impacted by it.
