Proposed caps on nursing school enrollment

Nurses across the country are voicing concerns about a growing vacancy of helath care workers. A study from the Hospital Association of Southern California put the nurse vacancy rate in hospitals at 30%, which is five times more than the vacancy rate before the pandemic. KTVU's Heather Holmes and Alex Savidge speak with Arthur Wheaton, Director of Labor Studies at Cornell University about what can be done to fix the problem and help ease the burden health care workers are feeling right now.
