San Francisco to host world leaders, global CEOs at APEC

You may have seen the signs and we've told you about road closures. Soon, dozens of world leaders and hundreds of CEOs will descend on San Francisco for the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summit (APEC). This will be the largest gathering of world leaders in San Francisco since the founding of the United Nations in 1945.
