2 charged in killing of sleeping Oakland mom

Convicted felon Tramonn Gray was arrested by Oakland police and charged by Alameda County prosecutors with murder in the Sept. 15 slaying of Wing Wong. A second suspect, Alonzo Dyer, was also arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of a gun.
