Efforts underway to boost CHP staffing

A new graduating class of 112 California Highway Patrol officers is hitting the roads this month. The officers are part of the CHP's efforts to address a severe staffing shortage. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama has more on some of the roadblocks to recruitment.
