2024 Real Estate Trends

Mortgage rates dropped to a four month low this past week, moving closer to 7% now. For a while, mortgage rates were hovering around or above 8%, and that pushed many would be home sellers to stay put and limited opportunities for potential buyers. Daryl Fairweather, who is the Chief Economist at Redfin joined us on The Nine to talk about the real estate trends and what we could see in the new year.
