State AG won't charge Vallejo cop in Monterrosa killing

California Attorney General Rob Bonta said there is insufficient evidence to pursue a criminal case against the Vallejo police officer who fatally shot Sean Monterrosa in 2020. Officer Jarrett Tonn was fired, but then reinstated to the police force after firing five times through a windshield at Monterrosa outside of a Walgreens.
