Hundreds arrested in drug crackdown in San Francisco

San Francisco police say that attempts to shut down open-air drug dealing and use are paying off with 700 arrests for alleged trafficking and more for alleged public use. Many of the arrests happen in the gritty Tenderloin and SOMA sections of the city.
