West Coast Wrap: December 21, 2023

A jury has acquitted three Tacoma police officers charged in the death of Manny Ellis, a Black man who told them he couldn't breathe. Ellis was shocked, beaten and restrained face down on a sidewalk as he pleaded with the officers. We look at protesters who have taken to the streets in the Pacific Northwest.
