Vigil held for young hit-and-run victim

A 13-year-old boy killed in a hit-and-run crash was honored Wednesday night at a vigil in San Francisco. His 12-year-old stepbrother was also killed. KTVU's Amber Lee attended the vigil and spoke with the parents about their loss.
