Bay Area legislator proposes the consolidation of all transit agencies

California Senator Aisha Wahab of Fremont is proposing to consolidate all 27 Bay Area public transit agencies, she is asking the California State Transportation agency to come up with a plan to create one independent agency. Senator Wahab speaks with KTVU about the early stages of the proposal.
