Memorial service for fallen Oakland police officer set for Wednesday morning

Law enforcement officers will be part of a motorcade that will begin at Oakland Police Department headquarters. The motorcade is expected to head to a Castro Valley church. KTVU's Bailey O'Carroll reports.
